A post-career training project, desired by President Claudio Lotito, will be reserved for the young players of his Youth Sector and the players of the First Team and Primavera of the S.S. Lazio Women. The initiative, in collaboration with the UniNettuno International Telematic University and Banca Igea, aims to introduce the many youngsters from Lazio's men's and women's teams to an educational pathway, in order to offer them an alternative future in the world of sport, stimulating them to study, to respect life and to learn in depth about the professions that revolve around the world of football: from referee courses to financial management, sports psychology and the professional roles of the game of football. Each team group will attend hours of lessons with an exam at the end of each module from October 2020 to May 2021. The Courses will be held in the afternoons, the Youths will be taken off the pitch for once or twice a month and will attend training at the Green Club and Formello. The UniNettuno International Telematic University will also offer young athletes an orientation service to choose the faculty that best suits their aptitudes and ambitions. The collaboration with Banca Igea, will guarantee the player/player with the highest performance in the course, a university scholarship.
